LuLu’s Sweets stands behind its products 100%. We use only the finest ingredients and have no preservatives or additives in our products. We want our customers and the recipients of LuLu’s Sweets to be fully satisfied. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will work to resolve the matter, either by replacing the product, refunding your money, or giving a credit for future purchases, less any taxes, delivery, shipping, or handling charges. The remedy will depend on the circumstances and customer preference, and each issue will be resolved on a case by case basis. The guarantee does not apply to orders where a customer has provided incorrect or improper address or shipping information.
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Shipping charges are determined by weight, location, and the method of shipping selected. LuLu’s Sweets does not bear the risk of loss if items are damaged or lost during shipping. All orders take approximately 5-7 days to process and 5-7 days for arrival. LuLu’s Sweets ships via UPS, USPS and local delivery service. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you have special shipping requirements we will do our best to accommodate you. We strongly recommend that you select a shipping method that will ensure your items arrive within 2 Days to better ensure freshness.
Due to the shelf life and the importance of freshness and quality in everything LuLu bakes, orders cannot be in transit over the weekend. Orders placed Thursday-Sunday will be shipped Monday.
Freshness & Storage
LuLu’s Sweets uses no additives or preservatives. For the freshest taste Sweets should be consumed within days of arrival, or placed in the freezer upon arrival. Sweets can be stored in the freezer for up to six months. All orders are baked-to-order.
Payment for online orders must be made at the time of the order by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, or AMEX). To place online orders please go to our website at lulussweets.com. Credit card orders are processed by paypal.com.
A personalized gift card can be added to your order at no additional charge. If you wish to include your own business card or gift card please email us at Lauren@lulussweets.com
- In the event of damage or shortage of product in transit, file all claims within 48 hours of receipt. The shipper is not responsible for damage or shortage which occurs in transit. The product cannot be returned. All orders are shipped F.O.B. Los Angeles, CA. Customer bears the risk of damage and loss once shipper receives the product.
- In the event of incorrect address information, LuLu’s Mondel Bread reserves the right to assess a $10 charge for re-delivery plus any additional shipping charges. Please supply us with any change of address information as soon as possible before an order is to be shipped
- A $35.00 service fee will be charged for returned checks or invalid credit card numbers.
- More Time may be needed to process, pack and ship orders during the holidays
- All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to introduce new cookie varieties and substitute cookies.
- Sales tax is added to all orders placed in California.
- All products may contain traces of nuts or nut byproducts.
- Replacement packaging may be used if needed.
